The ZONESUN ZS-100XPN High-Speed Clay Packing Machine is designed for automated, precision packaging of super-light clay and slime products. Featuring a star-wheel layout with multiple synchronized workstations, it streamlines the entire process—from box feeding and clay extrusion to portion cutting, lid placement, and secure capping. With a packing speed of up to 70 cups per minute and an error rate below 3%, this machine ensures consistent output and tamper-proof sealing. Ideal for toy manufacturers, craft supply producers, and slime packaging operations seeking high efficiency and reliability.
Here’s how it works:
- Boxes are fed into the machine and transported to the filling station via the star wheel.
- The extruder structure extrudes the super-light clay into strips, which are then cut into equal portions and dispensed into the boxes.
- Lids are automatically lifted by an elevator and guided by rails to land on the boxes.
- A capping mechanism securely seals the lids, ensuring a tamper-proof closure.
- Finished products are then smoothly conveyed out of the machine.
